Wheel weights do not include skewers (or rim strips if a clincher rim). All wheels come with skewers, rim strips (for clincher rims) and extra spokes. For Shimano - Sram wheels a spacer is included to be used when using a 9 or 10 speed cassette. For using a 10 speed cassette you will need to use the spacer included with the 10 speed cassette and the included spacer (10 speed cassettes are narrower than 9).
