I have recently changed my return policy because Michael Liangco, a dentist in the greater LA area, recently purchased four sets of custom built wheels and retuned them. There is now a 20% restocking fee on all custom wheels returned within 90 days. Freight is the burden of the customer on the return and no credit is given for freight charges.
Due to Michael Liangco, my new policy is merchandise damaged by the customer is not returnable for a refund. The customer bears full responsibility for damage in transit and should be returned in the same packaging and with the same care given when I ship the merchandise.
